Good day all. My morning started out great. Had a blast with the show. I covered alot of ground without sticking to one genre.

Enjoy the mix. This is one that you will want to use on the treadmill over and over.
Want a little more of the mixshow. Tune in every Friday at 7pm for the happy hour mixdown with Mile High and myself the Captain E-Man mixing it live in the studio.
Party with us all night long on Friday as we do it live from inside the club and broadcast it live on the radio beginning at 10pm and turn it out until 1am.
